How to request disclosure	Email us with the subject "Disclosure request under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act". We will reply by email without delay.
Prices	Shown on each product or service page (all prices include tax). Build Services are priced in your quote. See templates and the pricing guide.
Additional fees	Internet connection fees; bank transfer fees if paying by transfer. Fees for third-party services needed to use Templates (n8n, AI services, etc.) are paid by the customer.
Payment methods	Credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Templates bought on BOOTH or Lemon Squeezy use those platforms' payment methods.
Payment timing	Templates: at the time of order. Build Services: 50% at kickoff, 50% at handoff (100% at kickoff under ¥50,000). Bank transfers are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Maintenance: monthly in advance.
Delivery	Templates: available for download immediately after payment. Build Services: by the delivery date in your quote (e.g., 7–10 business days for Starter).
Returns and cancellations	Templates: as digital goods, no returns or refunds after download, except for defects caused by us (e.g., a corrupted file), which we replace or refund. Build Services: free cancellation before kickoff; the kickoff payment is non-refundable if you cancel afterwards for your own reasons. Maintenance: cancel before the day before the next renewal date.
System requirements	n8n 1.0 or later (n8n Cloud or self-hosted; any product-specific requirements are listed on its product page) and accounts for the services each Template connects to.
